This is a one and a half day workshop where you will learn how to assess your skills, values, personality traits, and interests as they relate to various career options. You will also learn how to research careers of interest. You will leave this workshop feeling more confident about your career decision making process.
This workshop is about understanding yourself and others so you can be more effective in your relationships, in your work, and in your life by identifying at least one or more of the four personality types we all fit into.

You will get one-to-one assistance and have time to work individually on your resume. Please have a paper or electronic version of your resume available, if possible and a way to save your documents electronically. You will leave this workshop knowing how to create a resume and cover letter that will dramatically increase your chances of getting an interview.
Employers will often check your online presence to learn more about you. It is also a great tool for job search and networking. You can access two different workshops – Introduction to LinkedIn and LinkedIn for Intermediates. You will leave these workshops knowing how to create and maintain your online profile.
Know how to answer those tough questions and get the job you want! This workshop will cover how to give a good first impression and how to answer commonly asked interview questions. You will also learn how to skillfully answer behavioral interview questions. You will leave this workshop feeling more confident about how to best answer interview questions, deal with interview “jitters”, and stand out from the crowd.
